Inspired by ancient Korean wisdom, the famous cosmetic brand Sulwhasoo is known for using Korean medicinal herbs to produce health and beauty products. An interesting blend of local herbs with traditional Korean skin care practices, the brand offers products that help energize and effectively nourish the skin. With the advent of the popular ginseng concentrated repair cream, the brand has gained a huge following.
“Sulwha” means “snowdrop” in Korean. This flower is still used as their logo today. Eventually, in 1997, the brand became Sulwhasoo. The term “Su” means “phenomenal” in Korean.
